Fried SD Card!! Is it the SD card? OR SONY'S FAULT??

The phone gave a notification about the SD Card not found, plug the phone to the PC still couldn't find the SD card, inserted the SD card into an adapter still doesn't work.

Went online to search for any solution but didn't get any, Sony just ask you to contact the SD card manufacturer. SD card manufacturer will only replace your SD card but doesn't have any solution to recover your files.

I just hope they gave an effort emailing you or notifying you before they do the software update, atleast you could have had replace the SD card with an empty one or a temporary one.

I just lost 4 years of my memory........ Pictures and Videos...........

To all who thinks you don't find a reason to develop your photos because there's facebook, instagram and other social site.... Think again... I wish I had even just birthday occasion or vacations photos develop.

Lesson I learned.... Back up your phone files even just once a week.

For Sony....... Instead of pointing to other to blame how about thinking of coming up with a solution to the problem?

I would have been happy if you gave me a warning.
